This collection of female portraits includes photographs taken between 1880 and 1950. It shows women of almost all North African nations and tribes, including the Arabic region, the Middle East and North Africa.
These toys are part of the amazing collection from an exibition "Bamboo, Tin and Callabashes" currently being held in the Leopold museum in Vienna.
The ethnologist Dr. Fritz Trupp collected these play-objects during many years of travel throughout the countries of the "Third World".
He documented them extensively and purchased them personally from the children.
